Rectangular Separator

A rectangular separator machine, also known as a rectangular vibrating screen or a rectangular gyratory sifter, is a type of equipment used for separating and grading materials based on particle size. It is commonly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, and minerals.

Rectangular vibrating screeners are used to quickly sort and separate high volumes of wet or dry materials. Generally speaking, they are durable and economical. Several configurations, including linear and sloped designs, make them capable of sorting particles as small as size 20 mesh (0.033”) or as large as 1/2″. As a result, they are suitable for a number of different applications.

This combination of vibration provides an oval stroke, by which process material moves forward, this equipment is having sets of springs. Ishico India developed a machine in which we can set angles as per production requirement. This screening machine also has a speed controller on requirement basis. We are having models from 1200 mm length to 2500 mm length. As per requirement of the customer we are designing vibrating screens with 1, 2 OR 3 Decks. Output of the first screen can be fed as the input to the second screen. The second screen will further grade & separate the material as required. We are offering this machine with Wire Mesh and Perforated screen.
