The Machine is Controlled by Allen Bradley PLC & HMI (7” Touch Screen) which enable to set Required Parameter like product Percentage & mixing time etc. PLC System will Weigh & Mix Automatically For the Desire Blending and ,Weighing Hopper Measure the Product with the Help of Load cell, Once Set Weight is Achieved Weighing Hopper Will discharge Product in the Ribbon Blender where Product will mix once mixing complete Blender will Discharge material in Bagging Hopper, All above Process is automatically done by PLC System.
